Will delivers an enormous amount of work of the highest quality, both in his management role and in his hands-on technical tasks. He is a very conscientious supervisor, and diligent in staying on top of his team's work and tracking progress towards deadlines; he does an excellent job of taking priorities into account when assigning work - as shown as just one example in his work on coordinating multiple co-enrollment partnerships. And his technical skills are at a very high level, allowing him both to perform complex tasks himself, and to provide advice and guidance to team members when needed. He is a very deserving recipient of this award.
