Susan excels in all areas of her role. Her team management approach is excellent, ensuring consistently high quality work from her team by her own example and mentoring, as well as playing to their individual strengths and encouraging their already high team spirit and collaborative mindset. She also regularly completes all administrative tasks well ahead of deadlines, as shown once again this year in the performance management process. She is forward-thinking and always has an eye on potential future developments and issues, as for example with her proactive approach to updating the reporting infrastructure. And of course she also performs at a very high level as a report-writer, delivering high quality work on often complex projects.
