Cody North is a Senior Programmer Analyst in Mobile/Web Systems. He serves as the lead .NET developer, acting as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and maintenance across our .NET application portfolio. In an environment undergoing rapid transition, Cody plays a critical role in maintaining stability - particularly for key services like Identity Management -while the university moves towards the new Fischer platform solution.
What sets Cody apart is his exceptional collaboration and teamwork within this evolving space. He creates an environment where team members feel comfortable asking questions, working through challenges, and aligning on solutions. As the primary developer contact for .NET support issues, he ensures problems are effectively triaged and resolved, engaging additional developers when needed while maintaining clear communication across teams.
