Donna is very knowledgeable about all aspects of her team’s area of responsibility, and has been is a great source of information of a wide variety of topics; the depth and breadth of her knowledge also greatly enhances her effectiveness as the team leader. She demonstrates excellent judgment, and is a steady presence in meetings and conversations. She takes a hands-on role in several areas, and takes an active part in service delivery. In these and other ways she is a vital member of the team, and a highly deserving candidate for the award.
