Josh Howard
Programmer Analyst II
Josh is known not only for his technical skills but also for being a highly approachable and collaborative developer on the team. He recently led the development and release of Outcomes Assessment v2.1, a major update that added new features to make the platform easier to use, more flexible, and better aligned with audit needs. His thoughtful work on this project and other software solutions has made a big impact across the university.
What really sets Josh apart is how he supports others. Peers say he’s one of the best team members they’ve worked with, regularly willing to take the time to explain complex ideas in a way that makes sense. He’s open to feedback, generous with his knowledge, and consistently thinking about what’s best for our team and our campus partners. We’re proud to recognize Josh for the positive difference he makes every day.
