Employee of the Month

Over the last few months, Jonathan has been instrumental in both the initial release of the Outside Scholarships Application and the upcoming v2 release. When given the opportunity to lead the v2 effort, he immediately stepped up, taking ownership from day one. He handled a wide range of responsibilities—from resolving bug fixes, UI improvements and major new features. His early contributions addressed numerous minor issues that, collectively, had a significant impact. Notably, Jonathan designed and built a comments log feature using Carbon-Svelte components, creatively solving a complex request and delivering a clear, user-focused solution.

Jonathan’s initiative, growth, and commitment to quality have stood out throughout the project. He actively deepened his understanding of the tech stack, collaborated well with teammates, and kept usability at the forefront. His efforts directly contributed to a smoother experience for our campus partners, including a successful testing phase with zero reported issues from the Financial Aid team. Jonathan embodies Technology Resources’ values of dependability and motivation to improve, and his work on this project has been a clear example of those qualities in action.
