They focus on helping their teams deliver innovative, performant, and user-friendly solutions. Most importantly, they share our values and commitment to student success by offering the best technology strategies and tools for all Bobcats.
February 2023 Awardee
James Daniel
Database Administrator
James has assisted with the Ethos implementation, as well as establishing Ellucian Experience and Ellucian Analytics. He has committed substantial amounts of time to ensure he understood the new landscape and asked pointed and specific questions to make sure he had the knowledge to support it into the future. He invested in the success of both projects and communicated very effectively. He has an excellent memory, as well, recalling why configurations were made and could encourage the vendor to follow their own procedures consistently.
James is honest and reliable. As a member of the team, he steps up and provides the necessary support and knowledge to assist the team in making decisions. He did an outstanding job representing our department with Ellucian, as well. James helped the vendor perform more consistently and often found the problems with the configurations they had done. We are very grateful for his dedication and commitment to success.
