Bianca Galvan is a member of the Mobile/Web Systems (MWS) product management team. Serving as a key liaison between MWS, Central Systems Operations, and the help desk, Bianca ensures that support issues are tracked, communicated, and resolved efficiently. Her recent work reviewing support documentation for the Outcomes Assessment, Outside Scholarship, and W-2 E-Access Retrieval applications demonstrated her attention to detail and user-first mindset. Her thorough feedback helped refine user guides and FAQs, ensuring they were clear and accessible for all skill levels across campus.

Beyond her customer support and documentation work, Bianca is known for stepping up wherever needed. She assists with QA, provides guidance to our student workers, and empowers ITAC staff with the tools and knowledge to resolve issues independently. Her responsiveness, positivity, and collaborative spirit have strengthened the connection between MWS and our campus partner support teams, enhancing the overall experience for end users. Bianca’s work exemplifies TR’s values, and we are proud to celebrate her contributions. Congratulations, Bianca!
