Ardie has always had a great work ethic and an exceptional dedication to the goals of the University, and he has shown these traits clearly in his recent efforts.  His role on the Fischer implementation project is critical to its success, and he has taken it on with his usual determination, perseverance and attention to detail.  Alongside this crucial project he has also found time to assist in other areas as well, most notably support for our document management system, where he has been a great resource for the team and has provided technical knowledge and coordination.  And thanks to his wide-ranging knowledge and approachability, he continues to field many requests for help and always does his best to assist within the limitations imposed by his schedule.

All told Ardie is a great candidate for this award, and richly deserves the recognition.
